Hi, Pete
Had same problem on my Regina 740 it was the TPS needed adjusted. Make sure the throttle stop screw allows the butterfly flap to close compleatly. Then set the TPS as in the FAQs .The Regina has no idle adjustment the computer takes care of it so don,t try to raise it by adjusting settings. It not the same as the older Bosch type cars . Mine idles at about 1000 RPM on starting and then drops to 625 rpm at idle.
