Drivers side dook lock 200 1988

HELP!

Today after locking my driver side door, (which locks all doors) i found i could not unlock the driver door. when i push the knob down, all other doors lock, when i pull up on the knob, all other doors unlock. i fear something my have become jammed or broken. i think the central door locking actuator is working properly. With that being said, it is hard for a big boy to be crawling accross the front bucket seat to come or go...
