Hmm what is this wire and why is it unplugged?

I see a blue/yellow wire coming from fuse 12 in my wiring diagram. This one is for the seat heaters. My guess is this is your trouble- when seat heaters fail, either with a short in the seat or a problem at the switches due to something loose in there, or a broken center console- the seat heater circuit shorts out. Whatever else is on that fuse goes off too of course.

The 87 I had with a broken center console, used to lose the turn signals when the seat heater switches shorted against the floor. Entertaining to say the least.
Good luck!
