how do you get into the dash 200 1988

If it's center console lights, just remove the plastic quarter-turn plugs at the outer bottom, and the screws at the top, then pull the thing back to access lights in the centers of the rows. Could be just connection to one of them.
If everythings out, suspect the dimmer knob (top left). Just bypass it if it's failed- connect the wires that are on it, all together.
