please note that if you don't have the hall sensor input,the ECU will not ground the fuel pump relay through its dedicated transistor. The power to the fuel injector relay is through the main side of "fuel pump relay " and has power at position two of key. This is independant of the hall sensor input to ECU, which besides enabling recognition of rpm to ECU it allows ECU to disable fuel pump in the event of loss of engine rotation in an accident by opening grounf to fuel pump(main)relay. Main relay is a dual relay with two coils.
