Thanks, I thought I read somewhere that you should replace the manifold studs. Just the nuts? Maybe they are assuming the studs will break? It seems many volvo owners live in harsher climates than here in Texas. Maybe I'll get lucky and get the nuts off without breaking the studs! Should I use heat?
