740 radiator FCP Nissans or Mtc?

Hi Boxvolvo,
I am running an MTC rad in my 745t for 3+ years without a problem and am very happy with it. There have been some quality concerns about Nissens of late...do a search on the B.B. If I were you I would change the rad cap when you change the rad. Again, do a search on the board for the correct color cap...i forget. Another option that I have used in the past with very good results is Modine radiators. All metal, U.S. made and under $100 locally at a truck parts place. Had one of these in a 245 for long time and will be gettig another for my 242ti in the spring. Good luck.
