Quick...where's the lifting hook?

There are three of 'em. They are sheet steel brackets with with a hole about 1.5 inches in diameter. One is on the passenger side (left hand drive) of the engine attached between the exhaust manifold and cylinder head (near cylinder 3, I believe). Another is attached to the thermostat fitting at the front of the engine (where the upper radiator hose attaches to the engine). The third is at the rear of the engine on the driver's side fitted between the intake manifold and cylinder head.
