its a volvo relay enough said!

possibly a contact going out or a track failure or oxidisation on the contact - or just plain overheating!

i remove an reseat all my relays about every 12 months to clean the contacts, have refloewd the solder on a few and have removed the stupid ashtray/cubbyhole and replaced with a flat panel with guages and a fan in it to keep everything cool..
