Another way to answer this is that anything is possible, but it would be difficult to justify. I worked for a guy who once told me, " Anything can be done if you want it badly enough." For example, you COULD move your house 6 inches north if you wanted to and had the money.

In your case, it would be hard to justify the expense of retrofitting a system as complex as ABS into a car when you could trade up to an ABS equipped car for relatively little investment.
