I just posted the results of a very scary situation in the picture gallery (it's under 140-164). I was taking apart an extra steering unit for a friend, when I discovered an almost brand new bushing. I thought, "why not put this on the 164, just for good measure!" As I was taking off the first bolt, the first piece FELL OFF in my hand. Sorry about the picture quality but, when you look at the picture, notice that you are NOT supposed to be able to insert pencils as pictured! Please, everyone, right now, walk out to your favorite old Volvo and look at that bushing.
