Are you sure your fuel pumps are working ? Transfere and main. If you turn on ignition and remove gas cap you caan hear a buzz if the transfer pump is running . If its running you can disconnect fuel return line at firewall and jump fuse 5 and 7 which will run both pumps to get gas out at disconnected fuel return line.
