740 rear end sag.

I bought my first ever 740 in 2002. Its a 1990 2.3 16v. Great car - I checked it all over and it was all fine. Unfortunately the first time it went on holiday 3 months later, complete with tent etc the rear end never quite recovered and to this day it sags miserably, despite:

brand new shocks
brand new springs
replaced broken panhard rod

This work was done by a volvo garage. They could find no other problems, no broken spring bushings, nothing.

This car has years of life left yet looks awful. I see plenty of droopy ended volvos driving around, so someone must have an idea what goes wrong?? Thanks

Scott.
