Hot start problem, and high idle 700 1989

I changed the rpm sensor, it was in bad shape, but still had hard start. This evening I swithched the radio suppression relay with the adjacent cooler fan relay and the car starts right away now. Figures my probem was the easiest to fix and the least expensive. I found OE parts at eEuropeanparts. Will replace both relays at same time.
