Cold Starting Problem 200

When I first got my 740 (same B230F engine, though Regina EFI) it wouldn't start below about 25 degres. I knew I needed a new fuel pressure regulator because fuel was present in the vacuum line when I pulled it off. I didn't expect the new regulator to make a difference to my cold start, but it solved the problem completely. I can't explain that, but pull off your line and look and smell for gasoline just in case. It's a 30 second test and if there is gas there you need a new one regardless of whether it fixes this problem.
