For 2 to 5$, your local locksmith would easily be able to cut the keys for you. Make sure to mention that they're factory blanks, there are 2 different type cutting wheels on key cutters and he'll want his (or her) fine cut wheel on.

If they have a punch code with hardened bits, they might charge less.
