You may try some Auto r-x in the oil to see if you have a sticking ring on that #1 cylinder. Say it had 110 lbs while cranking thats at least some pressure. I would try the Italian tune up can't hurt I've done it to mine, try the r-x treatment though the stuff does wonders.
