PM Replace Flywheel Sensor 900 1992

My Volvo shop wants me to replace my flywheel sensor at the next scheduled maintenance 155,000 as the part is OEM. Their price is $125.00. On Groton's web site, they have an "RPM/Ref. Sensor located at Flywheel" for $29. Is this what they are talking about. If so, is it something I can replace? I'm o.k. doing regular maintenance, relays, etc. but am not comfortable jacking the car or messing with pressurized systems. Thx.
