"probably" would be the operative word there. Dan is right about the majority of cases, I think. Yours may be a rare exception. Most of the failures in the LH2.4 ECUs are the all or nothing loss of fuel pump ground. He is definitely right about getting a good used one. I'd get two if the first does help as in your case.
