Yes.
Electrical gremlins in the alarm system.
I have had similar problem, but it went away on it's own.
However, I will be pulling the relay for the alarm.
It is labeled 28-8 I think and it's located ahead of the center console - sort of behind the ashtray...might be able to access by pulling radio...but afraid I'll have to pull that darn console.
