It's a 1989 740 wqagon from Belgium, LH drive. Volvo World says kinda rare in US. Now 20+ starts, hot and cold and it's all in the wrist action and ingnition switch. Today I put on some front mud flaps and looked at the heated seats. looks to be a relay under each?
