Left Pull After Alignment 900 1997

I recently had a four wheel alignment done to correct a wobble in the steering wheel at about 45mph and a pull to the left when driving. Now that the alignment was done, the wobble is still there as is the pull to the left. Either the alignment was never actually done or there's something else on the go. Does anyone have any ideas as to what's going on? I saw another post suggesting a tire rotation and/or replacement may get rid of the wobble, but what about the pull? Thanks in advance!
