If you get an entire B230 you should get the intake also witht he injectors, but the ECU is different as is the auto tranny and the rear end ratio. Those will not prevent you from installing however.
By the way it may cost less than you think to rebuild the 234 head. A good machine shop can replace the valves for about $500 with parts. \
If you go ahead with this, I'd be interested in any of the B234 parts you have left over (engine, ECU).
