Cam seal problem - need advice on repair

Unfortunatly the only fix is a new seal. If they will not fix it I would suggest that you tell them that not only will you not be doing business with them any longer but you will advise all of your friends not to do business with them either.Remember in business you do not piss off one person you can potentally piss 30 or 40.
