This is blowby from the flame trap into the throttle body, where instead of being sucked up into the intake manifold it condensed and dribbled back into your intake hose.
Clean the flame trap, associated hoses and nipples, and make sure the breather box beneath is fee of obstructions: that's the real oil drain path back into the crankcase.
