Guys;

Penetrox is Burndy's trade name, and I don't know if they are international.

On the other hand, I have never heard of BICCC X1, but from the application description on the back, you have the correct stuff! If it's gray, it likely contains zinc, and that's good. You could always contact the manufacturer and ask for an egineering data sheet.
