Leakdown testing 120-130

I'm with Phil. I would suspect timing gear and cam more than rings and
valves. Leakdown testing on an engine that has been sitting is not valid.
If it were mine, I think I would pop the valve cover and make sure all the
valves lift the same amount (B20s were notorious for wiping cams & lifters)
and if they do (3/8" or maybe a little more) crank it for a while with the
center wire from the coil out so it doesn't start, and get oil pressure up
and oil on the cam and timing gear, then go for it. Don't fix what ain't broke!
The vast majority of B20 and B30s I have worked on were good to go when I got
them (with the notable exception of the Yellow Peril). I don't think I have
ever installed an oversize piston in a B20 (yet!).
