What I tried to say was:

If it isn't time for a tune up and your timing is correct, then you probably have carbon buildup on your pistons. Using "Seafoam" will remove those deposits so premature detonation will not occur.

A tank of premium will not clean your engine, but should eliminate detonation. There was a reason you used the octane booster, but you should have just used better gas.

There is no need to boost octane in a 700 engine unless you are boosting a turbo higher than 12.
