Replace choke cable 200

Greetings,

The manual choke cable on my 1983 242 has finally rusted through.

Tomorrow I'm picking up a new cable at the dealer.

My Chiltons (not so good) is of no help. I also searched the brickboard.

Any tricks our suggestions for changing the cable, especially going through the firewall and attaching to dash pull knob. Is this an under the dash job?
