Hm... well, the price is definitely getting to be right... The lack of title is a bit of a bummer, but if nothing else, you'll have a lot of spare parts.

As for the title... if you do want to sort it out, check out broadway title. I've known a few folks that have used 'em with success. Won't allow it in some states though. Not sure about where you're at.
