Please forgive me for asking what may be obvious to you, but you have not given much information.
Have you checked your transmission oil level? Have you notices any recent oil stains where you park? Have you had the transmission serviced or trans oil changed and filter cleaned or changed in recent history?
Did the car stop all at once, or did you notice a gradual worsening of its performance over a period of days?
