Need an Idle Air Controller-I think 700 1992

I've got idle hunt and surge and some stalling. I've cleaned the throttle body, checked throttle switch adjustment, new plugs, rotor and cap. I took my mom's IAC from her 91 and swapped it with mine. My idle smoothed out. Now I need an IAC. But,
1) I don't want to spend $269 if I don't have to, (mine's Regina ignition-they seem to be more expensive)
2) I'm not absolutely sure I've found the problem.

Anybody got a source for used IAC's?
Anybody want to reassure me that I'm right?
