freeze plug 140-160

You might even be able to do it without pulling the manifolds.
By all means DON'T pull the engine!
The important thing is that you flatten the plug with something about
75-80% of the diameter of the plug to develop the maximum expansion and desired
compression in the hole. A small dent in the center WON'T do it, and neither
will caving it in the opposite direction.
