There is no "board" in there. There are however tiny printed circuit boards inside each of the relays that do fail because of bad solder joints. Where the relays plug in could perhaps be called a "board" but it is really a terminal block or some such name, connections there do not usually fail or get cracked and useless. Failure of a relay is however very common. Pull em out, remove the plastic cover and have a close look. Understand that just because a relay "clicks" does not mean it is good.
What problems are you having other than OD (and that is quite likely a problem in the relay)? By fuel injection relay do you mean fuel pump relay?
