salvage value 700

Sure, but the KBB value is based on a car in excellent condition. This car has been "totaled" by the insurance company, so would have a salvage title and has extensive damage to the front and rear -- which might or might not be repairable.

I still say $300 - $500 as a parts car. Considerably more if you're willing to invest the time & effort necessary to part it out.

If you're considering repairing it back to drivable condition, then get it checked out first by a reputable body shop. If it requires straightening, then figure their fee into the offer you'll make to the insurance company.
