Tail Light Problems on Wagon 200 1990

"It was necessary to carefully bend the receded terminials back up to their original height to restore good contact with the terminals on the holder." Phil, what do you mean by that. How does the brake light contact work, given that it uses the same bulb as tail light? I assume you have to remove the light assembly to do this, loosen two nuts that hold it in?
