Round headlights instead of square? 200

I'm looking to put the quad rounds into my car. The junkyard right down the street has two Volvos with these type of headlights. I don't understand what you guys are talking about when you say "all you need is the wiring harness". Are you talking about the wires that run to the lights? Or the actual metal encasings that go around the lights?
