With all due respect, I have to say that what you're describing sounds like an anti-roll bar with a preload. I can't imagine how Panhard rod placement could contribute to a lack of traction at the left rear wheel.

        I was thinking that the roll center of the rear suspention was higher than the front and the panard bar in the 240 is not level at ride height. [140-160]
