Body work question, removing paint 140-160

Yes... leftovers from the aircraft remover are hazardous... If you go that route, do it in a safe place, and scrape onto newspaper or something so you can dispose of it appropriately.

To be honest, I'm half surprized that they sell that stuff to the general public...
