What to do with the 145!?!!?!! 140-160

Ok, my thoughts for what they're worth...(somewhere around...0)
If you can't put any $$$ into it, pay off what you owe, put your sweat into it, A (hey you'll be enjoying that anyway). Put all the best parts into your 142 and one day if your 142 is going to be your road racer/auto-Xer/sports sedan, then plan the 145 to become your winter rally car with tall springs, ground clearance, and better carrying capacity than most of the big fat elephant suv's.
Ok maybe that is My dream.
