WVO Conversion Help 700 1985

I'm in the process of modifying my '85 740 TD to run on Waste Vegetable Oil. In the process I need to run tap into a coolant feed and return line to be used a heat exchage source. I'm not quite sure where to do this.

Highlighted in green is the hose leading to the cold start device, I think. In blue I'm not quite sure if it's a feed or return line. Could someone please help me in recommending the best way of tapping into the coolant system for my project.
