I knew exactly which one you were talking about, I've seen it a couple of times...

Uhm, about the offsets, I think they've pretty much covered that bit for ya. On the topic of tires, George uses 205/70s if I'm not mistaken. And about the front tires, running 185s on the 7" wide wheel is a bit less than the norm because people want the benefits of running the wider tire, plus you'll maintain the balance of the car by running the same width/height/brand/model of tires. But, that being said, if you don't really care about having a bit more of an understeering balance(although probably at higher grip levels than the 165s were ever capable of), and you want the look, 185s, especially in the 70 ratio, will work fine.
