Why are you selling the 240, you just barely got it broken in! Seriously though the V70 is a nice car but it is not without its problems.
spring seats
abs ecu
mass air flow meters
turbo return line seals
radiators at 100K
timing belt tensioners
accessory belt tensioners
evap problems
air injection pumps and check valves
cap, rotor, and wires at 100K
occassional air guides falling off
That is just the usual hit list on an 850/V70 with 100K+ on it and if you step into the next year model you can replace the throttle module for hundreds and hundreds of dollars. Now I don't mean to paint a bleak picture of the S/V70 series of cars as they are pretty decent vehicles but they are not without their issues. You've got almost 200K on your 240, I have no doubt that we could come up with an equal list for it. It's just that the later model cars tend to have more expensive repairs.
