starter wire question 200 1985

The outer one, if it's like the starters in my stash.

This should be the "normal sized" one, standard 1/4" male spade.

The inner (less accessible) one is the narrower (3/16"?) size, which I believe is only used to bypass ballast resistors in the Bosch ignition, to put full voltage on the coil when cranking. Your car doesn't use it, AFAIK.
