Is this the Fuel Filter or Fuel Pump?

If Binger's 91 740 is a non-California non-turbo, then it is probably a Regina system which will only have a filter under the driver, and not a pump. The Reginas have a single in-tank pump, and hey, I now know how to replace one.

Mark, I sometimes wonder if it's worth my while to be wrenching on the car. I was curious what your shop charges to replace a Regina fuel pump.
