J Type ID Question 120-130

That would be an M46, which is normally what you'd expect hooked to a B21. Beginning production of the 240 for the U.S. market was B20/M41 (or M40), B20/M46 (or M45) -- this is the rare bellhousing version -- and then B21.

Not sure if the M46 ever used a J-type OD, although it certainly might have. The common one is the J-P type, which is externally identical, AFAIK. No idea if one would bolt onto a M41 gearbox... ???
