245 reverse switch?? 200

You might find it in the shifter area. Maybe a push-on switch that gets pushed by the shifter arm when in reverse.

I remember that in my 1975 and 1979 245, both manual tranny, I could flash the idiot tailgating me by using the back-up lights while moving forwards. Just moved the shifter through the reverse gate but not into gear (of course!).
