i try to change between 3 and 4k.the 94 hardly uses any between changes and remains fairly clean on the dipstick.the 92,however,has used about a qt every 500 miles in the +2yrs we've owned it.there's no noticable smoking and the exhaust is not wet.i have followed it and never even seen a puff.it's not dripping either,so we just check/adjust every 500.
i feel great proving the 'na-sayers' completely wrong that the I-6 is junk and proudly display my 1 and 200,000 mile badges on the rear deck.i've had my fun with a few electrical glitch's,and i'll certainly replace either one with another when the time comes.the greatest brick built.i dont beat it,but i do push the pedal down after she hits 2nd.dont wind out 1st gear.same with the bimmer,after hitting 2nd it's time to roll.
