when it shifts.....so its an AW70'71, right? Not hard to swap, you need to get up on those 12mm bolts with the right wrench, or to drop the crossmember a bit and then unhook the wiring. I sure a heck would not pay some guy to do that. Clean out the solenoid after testing the open/close-to-air-withvoltage. If need be get a used one to substitute.
