91' 940 Turbo Continuous Stalling ?

I recieved this volvo as a hand me down from my girfriends dad. He purchased the car used from a dealership as a temp car while he fixed his own. The whole time I have owned this car (little over a year) it has had a stalling problem. One of two things happen, it either just drops RPM's and stalls or the RPM's drop down and then back up untill the engine just shuts off. The stalling usualy occurs at idle. If I keep the RPM's revved between 1000 and 1500 it will keep it from stalling. If it does happen while driving, most of the time if I feather the gas peddal I can save it. I get error codes 144 and 232. The first thing I did was replace the Turbo hoses, all of them all at once, some of them had holes. The car ran ok for a few weeks then it started stalling again. So then, I replaced the Oxygen Sensor, it was bad. The car ran ok for a few weeks then it started stalling again. Then I replaced the feul filter, the hose that runs between the filter and the feul pump and I replaced the feul pump relay switch. The car ran ok for a few weeks then it started stalling again. Before I puchase another part, the next part bieng the feul pump, am I right to think this next part is the problem? Or is there something I am missing or something I should try? This car is giving me a headache. Any help would be great Thank You.
